Raliegh area

I will be in Raliegh on Thursday, any good slot car shops in the area I can swing into? I have done all my shopping on line and would love to actually look at items before purchasing.

Not really. There is a raceway in Franklin ton about 45 min or so north of Raleigh, don't know their hours.

Several of us race 1/32 digital and are getting together Thursday. You're welcome to join us, usually get going about 6 or so for a couple hours.

Dang, I should finish testing around noon so figured I could hit a shop or two before heading home. Thanks for the invite but cant stay up that way too late as I have to finish putting up Christmas decorations with my son.
