How to make roadside billboards?

Anyone have any tips on how to make various size roadside billboards? I am talking about the frame as opposed to the decals that can be downloaded. Any tips on materials and construction?

Do an internet search for "model railroad billboards" or similar and see what's available. That should give you some ideas on what is available or ideas on how to design your own. I don't know what scale you're working in but here's a shot of one I made with evergreen plastic for my HO track.

Hi capa.... I build all my billboards out of balsa . I do plan on a video on this in the near future but that isn’t any help for you now.... I do have one video on this but it’s a pretty large billboard, but the concept is carried out on a small billboard as well. I will put a link for it on this post. Hope it helps
