Yes the lane spacing is for both 1/24 and 1/32 The foot print is from a 4 lane I used to have in Calif.
I race 1/24 cars at a commercial track in Cream Ridge NJ, And when I am testing and such I use my new home track. 31' equal lap length. Was and is a project to keep me busy in my retirement years!
